Evaluator

World Vision Finland is currently seeking an evaluator or a team of evaluators to conduct an evaluation of the Safer Tomorrow for the Children of East Africa development programme for the period 2022–2025. The evaluation timeframe is set for March to September 2024. The primary objectives of the evaluation are to assess the relevance and effectiveness of the programme, identify signs of impact and sustainability factors to date, and provide recommendations for both the remaining programme period and the planning phase of the new Programme for 2026–2029.
