International Evaluation Lead

Plan International Finland is looking for a team or an individual consultant to lead the design and conduct of the final evaluation of the My Body. My Future. Programme – a multi-country programme on sexual and reproductive health and rights. The evaluation will cover five countries (Ethiopia, Mozambique, Uganda, Laos, Myanmar) where the programme is implemented, and the purpose of this assignment is to:

• Coordinate, support and quality assure the work of national Evaluation teams (to be contracted separately by Plan International) undertaking the individual project evaluations during inception, data collection, analysis and report writing.
• Facilitate joint online workshops to enable meaningful engagement by Plan and partners, boost learning and reflection within teams and across countries, and ensure useful evaluation deliverables.
• Ensure an inclusive, participatory and transparent evaluation process that puts people at the heart of the design and allows space for different insights, meaningfully engages stakeholders and puts forward information in an user-friendly format.
• Produce a global synthesis report based on the individual project evaluation reports summarizing key findings, including trends and challenges, as well as recommendations across the programme.
