    Finnish Red Cross (FRC) is searching for Gender and Disability Inclusion Advisor to the Africa region.

    Duty station will be confirmed later. The position is fixed terms of 12 months, starting in the beginning of January 2021.

    Through regular follow-up, monitoring, facilitation and capacity building, the Gender and Disability Inclusion Advisor will contribute to and support efficient, effective and quality integration of gender and diversity as well as disability inclusion aspects in FRC supported bilateral projects in the Africa region. S/he will give advisory support and participate in the planning and monitoring of different FRC supported projects/programmes in the region from the gender and disability inclusion perspective. S/he will support overall development of FRC gender and disability inclusion specific programming in the region including planning and proposals for new projects.
