Consultant(s) to support programme re-design

Plan International Finland is looking for a team or an individual consultant with experience and skills required to design and guide the team comprising of staff from several projects, different actors and 5 countries in researching, identifying and designing actionable solutions for improved programme performance. The purpose of the assignment is to support and facilitate an internal re-design i.e. a reflection and planning exercise and a self-assessment to harvest lessons learned and turn them into practical plans for an updated programme to advance sexual and reproductive health and rights and gender equality.
